It is our intention to provide our customers with the best possible warranty available in the industry today. We intend this warranty to be as simple and straight forward as possible. No hidden or unreasonable conditions are meant to be attached or implied in any way.
POWER BRAKE LLC, guarantees its Diamond Treatment for 100,000 miles against failure due to excessive wear, distortion, and/or cracking.
This guarantee is limited and based upon proper installation of our treated products along with properly functioning components. Any damage to our treated products caused by component failure will automatically negate our warranty.
100,000 Mile Warranty does not apply to Class 8 Fire & Rescue vehicles. These vehicles carry a 3 year or 36,000 mile Warranty, limited to whichever occurs first.
We expect our customers to perform regular Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) of brake components in conjunction with their normal maintenance schedules.
It is important for all our customers to keep accurate records regarding what vehicles our Diamond Treated parts are installed on. These records should include vehicle numbers (VIN or other), date of installation, and mileage on the vehicle at time of installation. It is not necessary to inform us of this information at the time of installation but it will be required in the event of a product failure.
